This is probably one of the most fun games i've ever played on Newgrounds, and i've played quite a few good ones. I think what I appreciate the most is that just when you get to a point where you feel like you've experienced the whole game, the game throws something new and interesting at you, both visually and in terms of gameplay. The game also rewards exploring the environment at times which is another thing I enjoyed, whether it's a secret, easier path or new spider avatars.
My only real criticism lies with contrast... some parts of the game could have benefitted from color balancing so certain elements didn't blend into the background. The moth battle for example, it was hard to tell what was hitting me at first.
Honestly, I feel kind of guilty for not paying for this game.
